Here's a link to my MVR mini-thor surgery. Kinda ewww, but not really bloody. He examines the valve, then it shows him testing the sturdiness of the Gortex threads that take the place of the chordae, then a clip of him suturing. The last clip is testing the seal of the valve. You can also see the annuloplasty ring stitched in place.
