Happy New Year (one year later)

I don't think I wished anybody at this site a Happy New Year last year. I was too panicked and completely centered on my impending surgery.

I am very grateful to this site, and to everyone here, and I hope you all have a happy (and healthy!) 2005.

For those still in the waiting room: here's hoping things come out for you as well as they did for me.

Hard to believe that only a YEAR AGO I was sitting at this very same computer trying not to think too much about the surgery. On February 12 of next year I will be in Paris (France!). I have promised myself we'll go out for a bang-up dinner to celebrate the one year-anniversary.
