Hi Everyone,
Thanks so much for the great Birthday greetings!
My wife and I are doing well in Nashville, our home is on elevated ground, so we were not directly effected by all the flooding in the city. It is real bad around the river and creeks. In fact, they had to evacuate the Opryland Hotel, and First and Second Aves downtown near the riverfront. Many subdivisions and homes are underwater. This is a record flood for Nashville, there has never been anything even close to this in recorded history for the city. We received over 13 1/2 inches of rain between Saturday and Sunday. Some places recorded a total of over 17 inches for the 2 days .
Well, I made it to 60, it's been a little over 10 years since my valve surgery on March 23rd of 2000. That is really something to celebrate. It has been a great 10 years since my surgery, and I have had a chance to continue seeing and doing things I never dreamed of.
Thanks all for being my heart buddies..I continue to tell folks about this site. There is so much help and resource here to help those searching for information.
Wishing you all good health,
Rob
