Thanks for the chipmunks, Greg. Reminds me of watching the movie with my grandson. Shirley took me out last night to see Atlas Shrugged and to an overpriced restaurant. We got together with most of the kids last Sunday night, and my daughter made me a birthday cake in a cup; they gave me twelve bottles of various IPAs, so I have some analyzing to do.

The movie was great, but then I loved the book. My guess was that 10% of the (first third of the) book made it into the movie. I've seen lousy reviews. I think a person who hasn't read the book would have trouble following the plot. I hope the rest of the book gets made into the movie as well.

I'm thinking this is a remake, but maybe I'm confusing it with Fountainhead. I read Atlas Shrugged my freshman year of high school and promptly dumped my then boyfriend. I can't remember much of my rationale, but I guess I must have realized he wasn't the real deal.
