Will be tomorrow..I noticed that 161 members posted a hello and keep me on V.R. Out of 770 joined members..  And there were 3,401 views on this thread:eek:  Looks like we will be a smaller group soon.....Bonnie

Johnny you are exactly correct. Any post in Any thread will keep the account alive. At worst, if someones account is deleted, they will have to reregister. It's not like they're being banned from ever posting here again.

Count me as 1 more checking in

Count me as 1 more checking in

My intention was to post a nice long "hello, here I am, catching up" kind of message last week after my 1 year anniversary for my surgery. Instead here I am, zipping in at almost the last minute to be able to stay an active member here.

I'm actually in the middle of a vacation this week with just momentary access to the computer right this minute. I'm celebrating my one year as a Synergraftee and my 47th birthday by spending a week at a cabin with good friends. So far I've been eating, kayaking, eating, laughing, biking, eating, hiking, eating, swimming since last Saturday. It's fabulous and I'm doing great. My one year check up was good so I'm great.

I promise when I get back into town and back to real life, I'll write a more thorough post.

Despite my lack of obvious presense here, I think of you all often.

Hello Folks

Hello Folks

Howdy Folks - I know I don't get on here much anymore, but the 12 hour work days day in and day out are a energy drainer.

As of tonight, there are 191 members that have not posted on the site in the last 365 days.

After tomorrow, their registrations will be removed and they will simply have to re-register or use the forum as "guests". Either way, they will still be as welcomed as anyone.

It's just time to tighten up the ship a bit and tidy up the membership listing.

I will also be embarking on a campaign to have everyone take a moment to update their profiles. I'll crank this up after I modify some of the questions on there to make the demographic information more valuable to all of us.

Good Idea!

Good Idea!

Good idear there, Mr. Hank about the Profile updates.

I find myself disinterested in posting to someone on this board who's profile is totally blank.

Regards,

Double ditto. At best a first name, location and brief history would be nice. Perry, would you still speak to me if I erase my bio? :D Has to be rough enough looking at Hello Kitty, LOL.

I love Hello Kitty and I thought about pirating yours for my avatar.

Hi Mara,

Would you like me to send her to you? I think we are about the same age and grew up with her!

They still sell the products beleive it or not. Few of the malls have the full blown Sanrio stores! My daughter likes her. Not as much as I do though. She better watch out. That alarm clock and night light may disappear soon, LOL. :D

If you wanna get really nuts. Target sells the electric toohbrush and fuzzy slippers. It's fun to watch my little girl using them...even if she does not appreciate her the way I do. Gives me a good excuse to relive my childhood through her!

PS. I wanna body like Bonnie!

Just making sure I've posted, so I don't get deleted. Hope everyone is doing well, and I'll update my profile, too.

thanks hank!
i know we all tell you often, but it never hurts to say it again... you are so terrific for all you do to keep this site running so smoothly and all your "customers" happy. i don't have the words to sufficiently express our appreciation.

perry,
i am in total agreement with you. it would be so nice to read a profile and get a feel for a person.

hope you're all well,
sylvia

I think it would be nie to know what problems a person has too, it would be much easier to help them out with their questions.
