I've been on sporadically lately. Lots of internet problems in the area and I ju st spent 3 glorious days with my beautiful, talented and gifted 5 week old granddaughter Avery. I just had to post this pic. It makes me laugh every time I look at it (which is a lot since it's my desktop wallpaper now!) I think she's almost suitable for a Ross avatar!

What a sweetie- I think she looks like her Dad. So glad that you got to spend some quality time with her Karlynn. Ours will be here for Thanksgiving and then I won't see Harry until the end of January when they come to visit in FL. The girls will be down to FL over the holidays.

This is a wonderful picture, and strikes me as a metaphor of what being a baby is all about.

The car seat tells us she is getting ready to go somewhere. It also tells us that care has been taken that she makes the trip as safely as possible. And where is she going--well, that's up to Mom & Dad.

And that's why this picture strikes me as a metaphor for being a baby.
