Went for a six-month checkup with the cardio and everything was fine. Blood work for chlesteral was normal. And he was happy for the recent weight loss. Go back in six months. So I will keep on walking this summer.

Glad to hear the good news re the check up. How far are you walking each day Caroline ? Do you use a pulse meter? I'm just a month out of surgery and considering joining a rehab group but they are not very close by so also considering doing it myself. Any thoughts ? Chris (another pictureless procrastinator)
