guided imagery tapes for surgery

I am preparing for mitral valve/maze surgery in a few weeks. I want to use a guided imagery tape to help promote healing. Does anyone have a tape to reccommend? There are so many out there and I don't have time to order several and find one I like. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was issued Dianes tapes by my surgeons NP.I used them before, the day of, and for years after the surgery mainly to help me fall asleep. Diane also has CD's now. The day of surgery they told me to bring a music tape but no talk. It was fine but now I wonder why? When I woke up in the ICU my Sony was with me!

Yes, definitely Diane Tusek's tapes. Her voice is so soothing - I used the tapes all through my hospitalization and for weeks after. She could lull me to sleep every time with her guided imagery!!
