Guess who's back? Not more then 55% up and running, but I survived. Dr. say I'm truly a miracle. Perhaps they are right. I can't type or read much so I'll leave you with the .wav file above and continue to try to improve.

MAN, I MISSED ALL OF YOU!

Thanks to everyone for sending cards, catchers vest, teddy bears and well, everything.

Love Ross

YaHOOOOO!!

YaHOOOOO!!

Let me be the first to say that there was not one second when I didn't think that we would have you back soon.

You have been to hell and back my friend.

You are gonna be so much the stronger person for having gone through your ordeal.

We definately missed you.

Get your rest and then come back and hassle us like usual!

Hi Ross-

The miracle man. What a treat to see you posting again! You've been through a very profound experience. But you came through it a real trooper. I'm so glad they decided to have you do the rest of your early recovery phase at home. That's where you'll do your finest healing.

Your son has been wonderful in keeping us all posted about your progress. He loves you very much. It showed in all his posts.

We all missed you very much too.

So things are back to normal.

Now, that's it for you. I put my foot down to Joe also. No more surgeries. He's to stay at home and be a good boy, you too!

Talk to you later.

FANTASTIC NEWS. It must feel wonderful to be back home. I was checking daily for updates about your condition. My husband has also been following your progress. Welcome back

Hey DUUUUUDE!
I concur with Nancy...you're done with this crap, k? You take good good good care of yourself, and before you know it you'll be creepin' up on good health again!
*A toast to your homecoming!"
--John
P.S. Need to keep you laughing, so, speaking of creeping, did you hear about the woman who was so ugly she had to put a pillow over her head at night so the sleep would creep up on her?

HI ROSSMAN!!!

WELCOME BACK!!!

WELCOME BACK!!!

It's so nice to see your smiling face back here where you belong!

I haven't been on the board much lately, but do check in occasionally for updates on you.

My cardio said I was 98% over this whole ordeal, and I guess that's how I feel. It's been almost 4 months since my surgery and I'm off ALL medication, I feel great, and the only reminder I have of the whole thing is this darn scar down my chest. Anyway, I no longer feel the need to visit this site daily.

Right now I'm trying to gear up for my next surgery- hysterectomy- yuck! So, though I'll spend most of my time on HysterSisters.com, I'll still stop by and say hi now and then.

Everyone here has been a tremendous help to me through all of this, but I'll never forget you Ross, you were the first one to answer my very first post, and made me feel at home. Thank you for that, now get yourself better!!! Jean

I'm at home on oxygen. Hopefully not permanently, but we'll see. I also have to have 13 more days of I.V. Antibiotics (Vancomycin) which is doing a number on my skin. I have rashes everywhere. They finally got pick line in me, so that helps a lot.

They mentioned removing a lung-IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN! I know the next one will do me in for sure. I'm shaking quite a bit from ativan withdrawal, so I'll stop here. talk later.

Guess Who is Back

Hey Rossman!!

Welcome back...both to home and home here in the Forum.
You are the epitome of the old saying " you can't keep a good man down"

Now take care of yourself, try to be patient with the recovery,
and whatever you do...don't go back to that hospital!!

Well done Ross..glad to have you back.
