Hi eveyone, just thought I would share a tidbit of what i tried thiss weekend. You know about ground turkey at the stores. Well, there is ground chicken also. This weekend I made Chicken patties. I mixed onion powder in it and grilled on the George Foreman grill and was just delious. Just had to share this find with you. If there are any recipies in using ground chicken, please share it here. Just watch the fat content on the ground chicken or turkey, too. Sometimes they grind the fat and skin into it instead of just meat, so the fat is high. I've checked ground buffalo in our local store and the fat content is way too high for game meat, so I buy the 7% ground hamb. even though I like the buffalo better.

If it is "pure" meat, then the ground chicken would be good, and if the fat content percentage is not listed on the packaging, I wouldn't buy it.
