gradient increase after 3 yrs of AVR

My brother had AVR 3 yrs ago. The Prosthetic Gradient (mmHg) was 20.4 after 1 month of surgery. He had tested this month, PG found that 36.0 . The others points are normal.Doctor suggested for Cineflurscopy for this high gradient. His age is 32 yrs.
