gps in my pacemaker

No. . . it must be much more pervasive than that. If it was a mere GPS chip, they would lose you on cloudy days and in tunnels and elevators. They don't lose you. . . The Machine can see everything. Watch the TV program "Person of Interest" if you want to become more paranoid.
