Sorry to hear about your frustration. I was a patient there two times. For my first surgery, I was bumped to one day later because another patient arrived who needed surgery more urgently than I did. That was totally understandable and I had been warned ahead of time that it could happen. I had no schedule changes the second time but then July 3rd wasn't exactly a popular day for non-emergent surgeries. Despite the frustrations that sometimes go with being a patient in a high-volume heart center, I'm confident you're in excellent hands. I always found comfort in knowing that nothing was going to happen that my surgeon and his team hadn't seen many times before. Hang in there.
