Goodbye for a while

Just a note to anyone who may reply to any of my prior messages.

My AVR is Monday Nov. 3rd., almost here. My pre-op screening is this Sunday, 1 PM. I am at work now, and will leave in a hour or so, to return after my recovery, probably around Jan.1 (I hope). Therefore ,I will not be replying to anyone for a while.

This site was a wonderful find. It provided me with a lot of good information to help with the decisions we have all had to face, as well as provide that all important "moral support".

I won't pretend I am not afraid. But I am armed with knowledge provided by members on this site that will help in the coming days and weeks, as I go thru the surgery and recovery.

Many thanks to this "band of brothers and sisters" who through our shared experiences have made our individule journeys easier.
