We're here in Cleveland!!! I'm getting ready to take my Hibiclens shower, try to get a little sleep, then be up and off to the clinic at 0515.

Nighty night, and I'll talk to you when I come down the other side of the mountain. I know you'll all be waiting for me, and have appreciated those who've been offering me a hand up as I come up this side. Not long til I crest the peak!

Seems like it was almost last year and I was in your place.
Dr. Lytle is one of the great surgeon in America today- you couldn't be in better hands(although he does look a little like Tommy on "This Old House" ). If you end up on the 4th floor when you get to a step down unit, say hello to Jose- a great guy who will do anything you ask! Enjoy those late night turkey sandwichs that are always around the ward. You couldn't be in a better place. You are going to do GREAT!
