Good luck on your surgery. I will be 4 weeks post-op on Wednesday. I am able to do most things except lifting..if I rest often. But I feel fine. I twill soon be you recuperating at home.

I always hated it when people wished me "good luck" prior to surgery. In my mind, I didn't want the surgeon to get "lucky" during surgery and just happen to be successful. I wanted training and experience to kick in and those two to combine for success. I hope the same for you.
