Dear Ross:

I wanted to be amonst the first to wish you God Speed as you approach the long awaited surgery you so urgently need. I am sure for you, Monday seems a long way off, but also won't come soon enough.

Since joining this forum in December, you have spread kindness and encouragement to so many people. I actually think they you lurk here 24 hours a day! That would be OK too....so many people really need a "mascot" at this time.

Wayne and I want to wish you and your family the very best in the coming weeks. We know that the surgery will be successful, and pary that your recovery is smooth, with only the tiniest of bumps. We are certain that you will share the journey with the rest of us.

So Ross, God Speed you through this coming week. Go with God. He is a really good travel companion.

Thank You Wayne and Marybeth, I think God is feeling an earache from all the talking I've been doing the last few days. I've been praying for others such as JJ and Amy and well, everybody actually.

It's not hard to lurk here, especially when your sleep cycles are all screwed up, which appears to involve almost everyone of us on this board.

Well Ross, What can I say, You're time has finally come...After your agonizing and long waiting period and that awful virus. It goes without saying, You're a real trooper and have helped us all so much. I wish you the best of luck and have and will be thinking of you all week and I cannot wait until the day you return to the boards and tell us yourself, that you're doing great. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as always. Monday will be here before you know it. Take care in the meantime and remember we're all here for you. God Bless!

I also want to add my good wishes and prayers for you. You have been a great ?Virtual? friend and you have also been a wealth of information on a whole range of issues. I need you to be Ok so you can help me get through my operation on the 15th of Aug.

I am going out to visit my girls in LA tomorrow, returning on the 23rd. When I come back to Lincoln I hit the dentist for one final check and then the post surgery physical. Ahh the fun begins.

Because of you and others on this site I am getting quite confident that all will be OK and I am thinking and planning beyond the surgery date.

So Ross, all my intuition tells me you are going to be great. Please know that I along with all of your ValveReplacement.com friends will be with you every step of the way.

Hi Ross-

What can I say? You're everyone's cyber buddy and we'll miss you while you're on vacation at the hi-tech hotel. Fresh linen everday, 3 squares and snacks when you want (selection might be limited, though), total body massage from the hands of experts, you won't even have to breath on your own. If you're lucky, you'll have some memorable dreams while on the finest drugs.

So Bon Voyage and we'll all be waiting to hear how things went. Hopefully someone can get to a computer for you.
