Good lab in Paris?

I have a mechanical valve that was installed 3 years ago in Los Angeles. I'm now working in Paris, (Bastille area) for a year. Any recommendations for a lab to get my INR checked? I notice some labs in my neighborhood that I will inquire about testing. Probably a good time to purchase a Coaguchek XS.

Also my, Warfarin prescription. I need to eventually refill, I have a six month supply, and can get my script filled in the US and have a family member mail it, a bit expensive, but it would be the same drug manufacturer for consistency. There are many pharmacies in Paris, that I'm sure can fill. Just looking for people who've spent time in Paris, with similar conditions.

Welcome to Paris
First go to a GP for a prescription for INR test. I get a 6 month prescription. Next go to your local Lab. early morning is best. Your result will be ready in the afternoon.
