I finally got the medical release from the cardio and he has on no restrictions. I know that he knows that I would common sense on the equipment and classes and it will be staffed with medical presonnel. They are from a local hospital and helping us in exercise and fitness. They all hold degrees and certifications. And they work for a local hospital. So I will be in good hands working out there. It wa to open the 1st of November, now it will the 15. I will be glad when it does open, I have a sagging gut that I need to work on. He! He! Have a great weekend all.
