Glucosamine?

Does anyone know if there would be a contraindication for taking glucosamine sulfate supplements while on coumadin? I'm thinking of getting some for both of us for joint stiffness, etc, but everything has to be looked at in light of the effect of coumadin.

There is no reason to avoid glucosamine with warfarin. The thing to remember is that glucosamine is very slow acting. For the first 2 to 4 weeks, Tylenol will give greater pain relief.
