I call it the three G's - Ginseng, Ginkgo and Greens! I was told that all three have an adverse effect on Coumadin. Of course, with greens, I eat them anyway because of the health benefits. I can easily do without the other 2.

Ginseng

My neighbor across the road. male. age 66?..loves to tell the story..of how he took Ginseng a few years ago..For energy? Whatever..Landed him in ER for severe nose bleeding...took forever..to get it to stop bleeding. Bonnie
