I wanted to write to thank you for your well wishes. I can't even begin to tell you how many emotions we are going through right now. It was a very long week. We got our call Friday with our time monday. We are the third surgery, so we weren't too pleased with that. That's alot of time to sit and think before going in. We are trying to be optimistic, but it is tough. Espacially looking at our 4 girls. Well I'll be sure to post Tues or Wednesday when we're out of the woods. Thank You again, I can't express how much the people on this site mean to us. Julie

I too will be thinking about you tomorrow. Robs right, don't even think about being third in the line-up. The "team" needs time to wake up after the weekend.

I was the lead-off man for a 6AM Monday surgery and once I was wheeled in to that cold white room, I felt fine. The miraculous team was all there and I knew that I was in good hands with those nine players. Well, six hours later...

You know, they never asked me to start counting down from 100!? Don't they do that anymore after giving your special sleep cocktail?

Thought I'd throw in a few knuckle balls...we wish you all well and will talk to you on the other side soon.

Dear Getz and Julie
Just want the both of you to know that you will be in my thoughts tomorrow. When we hear from you again..you will be over the worst part and well onto the road to recovery.I cannot believe how much better I function now after my surgery..I didn't realize how much I had slowed down before and limited myself and didn't really know it. Please update us when you have the time..we ARE interested!!
