Free book on AVR surgery-Pay it forward

A woman in my cardiac rehab class gave me a book titled The Patient's Guide to Heart Valve Surgery by Adam Pick.

When I tried to give it back to her, she told me to pass it on. I think it would be better if read prior to surgery, so I thought I'd offer it here rather than to someone in my rehab class.
I will send it to whomever wants it, as long as you promise to pass it on when done, as I have.

It's a quick read. The guy who wrote it had the Ross procedure done, so it may be of particular interest to someone considering the same.

What a coincidence! I was doing some research today and found Adam Pick's website. I'm thinking of getting the book for a friend of mine, who is hesitating on doing OHS for her mitral valve.
