frappuccinos and heart rate?

Here's one for the books....
I'm about 3 wks post op for aortic valve repl. bovine.
Had a few issues with PAC's and low pulse rate which seem a little better today.
Well how about this. I love my green tea fraps from starbucks and have tested this over the last few days. My pulse will be normal about 55 or so but when I drink the frap within minutes my pulse will drop to about 38 and recover a little while later. What's up with this, I'm sure it's tied into the ice cold drink but why.
Anyone else experience this or is it just me??

David there was someone on here recently who got afib episodes from eating popsicles, I think canon4me. If you can find that thread, there was a lot of discussion there about how something cold passing near a nerve caused changes in the heart rhythm soon after surgery.
