Four weeks post op

My husband saw the surgeon today and was given a good report. He is healing nicely. He still has some fluid in his lungs and in his lower legs, so has to stay on Lasix for awhile longer. He no longer has to wear the TED hose, thank goodness. '

When we left the office, the surgeon said he hoped he never had to see my husband again. Sounds like a plan, to me.

Thanks to all of you who post. Your experiences were a big help to me. I related everything I learned to my husband. When he questions something, I can usually find the answer here. This site provides an invaluable service.

I told my surgeon the same thing (nothing personel) lol . Glad your hubby's coming along.
