Did you visit my house Sat. night around 9:30 P.M....? My age 13 year old housecat disappeared..//vanished...into clear air..I noticed her gone early Sunday a.m. Serched the entire house, every inch of property, drain pipes, ect.. she never goes outside..I cried and searched all day..Went to bed and prayed that if she was hurt..it would have been quick....Awoke an hour later to check on Grandson..Looked outside and she was sitting on front porch..NOT a scratch, a leaf, a bit of grass..Nothing..clean as as could be..Just thirsty .It like an alien came down and swept her away for 24 hours..Strange, Very strange.. Where was she for 24 hours..that she didn't pick up a tad of grass, leaf, ect on her..?? Alien??? Bonnie

Nope

Nope

The ONLY way she could have left house was at 9:30 P.M. when I opened front door to let Rufus in..she could have slipped out behind my back..NEVER done it before..The next a.m. I went across to neighbors and told her to look out for K,C, she said..their garage had been closed all day and night..(Sat)No other close neighbors..K.C. has never left the front porch..Scary Cat..She will sit out for fresh air..if I stay with her...I can understand if she was left out and got scared and hid in bushes, ect..but for me to walk and call her ALL day?? and show up so clean? She is sitting in Grandson's lap now, purring..They are same age..born the same month... :) Believe me, I looked under every car hood, bush and walked far back into scary thick woods.. Calling for her..Nothing..Well, wish she could talk.. :D Guess she had a midlife crisis and wanted a night out. :D Bonnie

I heard Puff's faint meows when I called him. Couldn't figure out where they were coming from, but they sounded frantic. After a while, I honed in on the neighbors garage which had been shut for 24 hours. I had the neighbor go open the doors. Called him again, no answer, but you could here rustling in the top rafters of the garage. We left the doors open and about 30 minutes later, he came out and came home.

Now if only that would have been the case on New Years Day when we were calling him. :(

Sam disappeared the same way. We had grandson/wife & their two noisy, frisky pups stay a couple nights and a day last week. I could NOT find Sam anywhere the day they left last Tuesday morning. I spent lots of time hunting him - inside and out. About 4 that afternoon, there he was sitting under a credenza just like always. Daughter (his mom) comes home 5 - 5:30 and Sam, Kitten, Penelope and Miss Sally Sue are always waiting, starting at 4 p.m. Where was he? With K.C.'s alien, I guess, Bonnie.

It seems pretty obvious that K.C. and Sam had a prearranged rendezous that got off kilter. It seems that Sam was a tad over anxious and snuck off a few days early while K.C. got distracted and ended being just a little bit late.

They had schemed (or so I've heard) to get a picture taken together so Ann and Bon would each have a new avatar to use but decided it would be too hard on members to remember who was who.

I swear this is a factual recounting of the cats' tale as told to me by the Alien. ;) ;) ;) ;)
(And yes, in case anyone is wondering, I did take a new muscle relaxant a little while ago) :p :p :p :p
