For all those Fathers, Grandpa's and even to those men, well......who are just men

HAPPY FATHERS DAY to YOU

Being a father or not, you all have a special place in my heart.
Since I'm an orphan (both parents are in better place), you all have shown to be a "Father" figure in one way or another, and I'm truly grateful for all of you

So, it's YOUR DAY.........
Enjoy!

I will be spending the day with my god kids....this is the first Father's Day since David died....planning lunch after church and then a free pass for them....whatever they want to do.....movie, fun park etc......Gosh I hope they pick movie:D

That is LOVELY, Cooker! What a perfect thing to do! How old are the children? And How many? You gonna have your hands full?? :p:p

This is my first without my father who just passed May 31st. I like the day he chose. I will always remember to visit "him" and bring flowers (as I did with him for the last 7 years when he wasn't driving anymore to his many relatives and ancestors buried in a Pioneer Cemetery). And then Father's Day will just be around the corner, and as my children toast their own father, their beloved "Gramps" will be remembered also. Good choice, Daddy!!

My children's father is still happily sound asleep. We're going to pick up our one son from work and with our daughter, head over to a great (and cheap!) barbecue place that he loves. The weekend weather has been a 10+ and even with a cloud cover now (great sleeping weather) which is promised to "burn off", I think walking around the "hip" part of town later on will be fun.

Wishing all the hard-working fathers a wonderful day! Parenting is tough no matter what age....... Kudos to your committment!!!!!

My Mom had passed away in 2003 just weeks before Mothers Day and I felt like my heart was being ripped out with every Mothers Day wish.

cooker, good for you.

Freddie, you are my little orphan annie.

Ross, enjoy your little grand.

And Aaron, go chase that wife of yours.

Best wishes to all the Dads, step Dads, adopted Dads, etc.
