Five year echo

Finally past my five year mark!!!! And just had echo done. My Dr. thinks I now have a chance of avoiding a transplant all together if I continue to take good care of my self. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
