Hey Gang,
Just thought I would ask those of you who have CHF like me if there are days when you just feel really really weak and tired? I have been dealing with this for the past 2 days and it doesn't seem to be getting any better, and I just thought I would see if anyone had any ideas.....Thanks for any help in advance. Harrybaby :D

Harry,
I don't have CHF but I do understand the "days". I have days when all I want to do is crawl under the covers and ignore the world. Days when I am convinced I am really 110 years old and, if I moved a certain way, all my bones would explode and I would just be a pile of dust on the floor.
I hope this passes for you. I try to believe that bad days are around for us to appreciate the good days more.
Take care.

Dude your making my phone line ring again. ME ME ME! I DO I DO I DO!

I sometimes wonder how to make it through the day.

     can you see me nodding my head?   ,hang in Harry, we will make it through together.. :)

Harry,

Harry,

Just wanting you to know that I hope your days get better!! I pray you will feel better soon - we all have our up's and down's health-wise, that is for sure. Hope you are on the "up" side of health soon. :)

God bless -

Christina L

Harry, I wrote about my cousin awhile back. He really has it BAD. His dr is trying to get him ready for Ft Ldle Cleveland Clinic in maybe November. His heart is severly enlarged, he has swelling everywhere - can't put on his shoes, he has COPD, too. Right leg extremely swollen. He is on MUCH lasix every day to get rid of the fluid. He says he just wants to lie down and sleep most of the time. He doesn't, tho. He plugs along somehow, but I don't know how he does it.

Thanks For The Support Y'all..

Thanks For The Support Y'all..

It has been a rough couple of days, and even though I still don't have much energy and want to sleep, I did manage to clean out my car today (it really needed it after 10 days of rain) and clean off my patio (being careful not to push things though), and I just want to thank you all for your support, as there are just some days that I don't think I am going to make it, physical wise and emotional wise, but then I remember that I have you guys and my Bandit and I do get through it. Thank you all again. Harrybaby :D :D :D

Oh Harry, I know exactly how you feel. There are days that I can hardly go and then other days that I go like a house a fire. When I do feel good I usually over do, than I'll be down for a couple of days. Bummer! !

Bless your heart. Keep your wonderful sense of humor. We all have to do that. Hugs & prayers are coming your way.

So Sorry to hear that Harry

Harry, My sister got really tired like that..it was because her valve was to tight.. Have you told your Dr. how you are feeling? You should if you have not... I will be sending you good thoughts and prayers of feeling better...Please let your Dr. know..

Lana,

So happy that you joined and can shed some light on symptoms you have seen with Maia. I hope you stay around for a long time.

Harry,

How are you doing today?

Harry:

My husband has CHF, as you know. He also has those days.

One small suggestion. Try drinking diluted orange juice once a day. When he gets suddenly "whipped" it really seems to help him. Just one concrete suggestion. (I think the potassium helps him......) - Mb

Hang in there, Harry.

It gets like that sometimes without CHF, so it must be murder dragging your carcass through the day with it.

My thoughts are with you. Better days ahead.

Very best wishes,

I am still feeling weak, but not as tired as I was, because I stayed in bed wednesday and thursday, and I just hope that this was a passing bug, but I think I am going to get in and see the doc asap, just to be sure....Thanks a bunch for asking, and I hope all is well with you and you stay well...Harrybaby

As my diabetes allows, plus I am on a potassium suppliment with the Lasix, so I am hoping that things aren't getting worse, but with all my ailments, it wouldn't surprise me. Thanks for the tips, and I hope your hubby is feeling well, and not anywhere near as bad as I have been/and are still feeling...Heavens, I can't stand the weakness. Harrybaby
