Can anyone tell me do there skipped beats get worse with exercise and after you do exercise do you always feel worse than when you where actually walking or whatever it was you where doing?

Ok, do you think that a person who has semi-high blood pressure before they go on a medication for symptoms like tachycardia should take a med to stabilize BP or take something that lowers it during exercise and such? -- I don't know that that makes alot of sense.. sorry.

Have any of you had problems with varying blood pressure readings and if so how did you deal with it? Or treat it? How have you dealt with lightheadedness that come sand goes.. but when it is there is almost impossible to function with?

Sorry for teh kinda strange questions.. Any reccomendations for things I should ask my electrophysiologist about tomorrow?

Erica,

My pvc's go away generally as my heart rate increases. I ride a bike a lot and swim also. I also take lisinopril for my bp and atenolol for my syn arota. I get light headed sometimes after exersise, I just skip my next lisinopril.

I find my PVC's & PAC's aren't as bad when I'm exercising (..which is why the cardiologists don't seem to think things are as bad as they are :( ..). I also find I feel much worse as soon as I stop any form of exercise; I get very light-headed, even more short of breath and very dizzy - and this is even from just a brisk walk. It's hard trying to convince everyone when I'm huffing and puffing along behind them that I'm actually better continuing than taking a rest

I can't help you on the BP because mine always runs quite low (..which is a whole different set of problems!..). What do you consider "semi-high" when you're at rest and do you know how high it gets when you're exercising? It would probably help you to have a stress echo to determine if you BP is running too high and if medication would be appropriate.

A : )
