ejectio0n fraction?

Can anyone tell me what a normal ejection fraction is? What number range?
Mine is at about 50 with this current echo - don't have anyother numbers except that murmur is significant and no ventricle failure ...

The normal aortic valve ejection fraction range is 55 to 75% for healthy people. 50% is still pretty good for a valve patient. There may be some error in numbers from a standard echo since they are highly dependent on the skill and experience of the technician who performs the test.
