can anyone give me some info regarding aortic root enlargment, i will no this week exactly whot the plan for me will be, i may have corevalve procedure, or if not a mechanical valve with root enlargment as my aortic valve is 18mm which sounds a bit of a worry, the corevlave is a possibility, the down side is there is not that much info on longterm results,
this is my 3rd surgery my homograph was replaced 24 and a bit years ogo and now failing fast, my surgery will be in the next 2 weeks
any feed back would be great people,
