We received my husbands med records today to send up to CC for a review. Some of the Echo that has abnormal next to it is.
LVIDd 6.1
LVIDs 4.1
LA 6.3
Could someone explain it to me.

I don't have my echo's handy to refer to,
BUT, if those numbers are higher than the Normal Numbers, it suggests enlargement of the Left Ventricle
(which may be a result of pumping against a stenotic Aortic Valve).

Did the report give the Effective Valve Area (EVA) of the Aortic (and/or Mitral) Valve?

Was there any mention of Stenosis?
or Calcification?

The data you provided represents only a small fraction of the measurements / tests performed in a standard echo.

Al,
I don't see anything that says EVA, but here is part of the conclusion

Moderate to severe aortic sclerosis with mild aoritic stenosis a peak gradient of 23 mmHg, mean gradient 11 mmHg and a suggested valve area of 1.6 cm sq by the continuity equation.
Mild to moderate aortic insuffiency, mild mitral insufficency and mild tricuspid insufficiency with estimated RVSP of 40 mmHg
Artrial fibulation
