Hey everyone!
Sorry i haven't been on in a while. Everything since my surgery back in October has been great. Michelle checks in everyday and keeps me informed if anything needs my attention.
Anyway, I have been told here and other places that the effects from the anesthesia from surgery can linger in your body for 6 months or so.
I have been experienceing very dry skin and scalp. The skin isnt anything that bothers me cause i can put on some moisturiser and iam good to go.
But the dry scalp thing is very embarrassing. It surfaces like dandruff and sometimes is very visable.
I have tried several Dandruff shampoos and Scapicin. Nothing seems to work. I have never had problems with dry scalp before so I was wondering if it could be from the effects from the anesthesia or something else used in the surgery? Or is it simply that this is one of the longest, hardest winters we have had in a long time and dry skin is a result?
Didnt know were to turn and I knew someone here could help! Please
Thanks
Jeff
