Most of you may already know this. I am strongly considering a mechanical valve; my mom urged me to research coumadin and I came across this article.

Coumadin reacts with nearly everything. It simply a matter of adjusting the dose to account for the changes in other prescriptions and diet. What your reading there does not say you cannot take them, only that they do have adverse effects with each other. I'm surprised they didn't show Amiodarone/Coumadin, that's a huge one!
