I read a snipet on Yahoo about Dr. Mehmet Oz, heart surgeon (I think) and author, in the last few days. The story was talking about a new book he wrote in conjunction with another doctor. It is called You:On A Diet. I've been battling with about 20 pounds that my cardiologist wants me to ditch. I'm a sugarholic/chocoholic and weighed 207 a few years ago. I'm 5'6" and weigh 173.5 today. I'm looking to stay around 155, which is good for my lack of tallness. I was curious if anyone else knew of Mr. Oz and this diet. I've already ordered the book, so it's too late baby now, but am still curious if any of you know about this book/diet (or lifestyle as I'm sure the doc would call it). Thanks!

all i know about him is he did a sho on oprah a little while ago w/ his diet and just did an update show w/ lots of good feed back from people who have been following he diet
there probably is alittle about it on oprahs site

That about all that I know too Wise. I'll be anxious to see your review of the book.

Dr. Oz is a famous Heart Surgeon and seems to be Oprah's latest favorite Doctor. He has appeared several times on her show with very interesting programs.
