Hey all,

Heehee, did ya miss me? Well, my INR is at 2.4, which is still not 2.5, but I figure with it having been 1. something for so long that it will take some time to get back up to target range. I say it's not as bad as it was. Whew!

And I am taking:

2mgx4 and 1mgx3 days

I'm doing good now. Or, at least, I feel better. One question though, I take it the same every week, right, I mean if I take 2mg on Mon. one week, I do the same next week, even if it ends with me taking 2mg on Sunday?

Congrats on almost being there. It's been a long road and we did miss you.

Here's the schedule I would suggest: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday - 2mg. Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday - 1mg. You will always have 2 days in a row taking 2mg. Take it the same every week and you should be fine.

If you stay at 2.4, you might want to talk to your doctor about adding another 1mg/week to your dose. IF he agrees, you should change Thursday to 2mg.

Thank you. If the INR doesn't get in range, I'll see about increasing it. Yep, I thought to take it the same every week, but I think I got confused once and switched up. Oops! It's gotta be that Inderal LA I take. Heehee.
