Does anyone know of sites concerning bioprosthetics? I need info on degeneration, symptoms, etc.......... Thanks to all who can help.

If you're talking about tissue valves, you're on one.

You can find information by searching through history on the Valve Selection forum. There may be some information in the Reference Sources forum, and scattered through the Presurgery forum.

Most information is gleaned from other sources, such as studies and articles.

However, the basic answer is that most symptoms of failing bioprosthetic valves will mimic those of the original valve when it began to fail. Actual structural failures in the valve would likely send you to the emergency room.
