My brother was eventually dxed with dysautonomia after much searching via many doctors. It was once called neurasthenia, Old Soldiers' disease and several other titles. We finally got a dr via cardio office who also has dysautonomia and he did all the tests to prove that Richard is a victim. If you are interested, please read it here:
