I hate going to the doctors for no reason but twice in the last two days I've had these symptoms. I've also been under a lot of stress due to work/valve sound/ marital issues and life in general. I started a real low calorie diet too so maybe that has something to do with it. Anybody ever have these symptoms?

You're not that far out from your surgery, so I would call the cardio's office and run it past them.
The pain in the arm doesn't concern me as much as the pain in your back.

Didn't you just start back to work? Does your job involve more moving (not a sitting at a desk), lifting ect than you were doing at home?

I think it was my own fault doing to much at the gym. I had been walking for a few weeks but decided to run a few laps. I have to remember that the surgery was only 2 months ago and I need to take it slow.

sitting at a desk will cause more discomfort than moving. your sternum is still knitting
back together, and you're holding your body such that pressure is taken off it.
so your back and shoulder muscles are constantly pulling your arms upward to take
weight off your sternum. so now you're at your desk, leaning forward, your arms
are raised up to write or type, you're adding even more leveraged pressure onto
your back and shoulders.
