Hi LA-
It's so nice to see you pop in from time to time. I remember when we thought we were going to lose you. You have quite a history, and for all the newbies, this is one special man.
He had one of the very first valve repairs ever done and it lasted for a long, long time, thanks to a surgeon who wouldn't give up on him when he was a young fella. He was operated on when they used to do it on an ice mattress to slow the heart down.
When the valve finally started to give out, LA (Marco) became very ill and it was really touch and go whether he would get his surgery in time.
But here he is, sending kisses to one and all.
Marco, you're just very special.
