Disecting Aortic Aneurysm-Cause

Ross,
I'm curious, was your dissecting aneurysm the result of a connective
tissue disease. like Marfan's or a phenotype. What was it the result of?

I honestly don't know for sure other then years of untreated high blood pressure. I've looked through the surgical reports and such and there just isn't anything citing a cause.
