Yay!

Yay!

Rich, Thanks for the post! That's great! I was wondering how you're doing. Take it easy, and indulge in resting a lot. All the best, Brian

That might be a VR record. But please keep a good eye on everything and report anything of question at all to the doctor, or just head to the ER if you feel significantly worse.

Congratulations, Rich! Maybe the day will come when valve replacement is done on an outpatient basis. 51 hours is heading in the right direction anyhow.

I think you even beat the Young Athletic Types getting out of the hospital!

Ditto to all of the above. CALL your surgeon if ANYTHING seems strange.

Congratulations on the quick hospital stay. My only advice is to not try to do too much for the next few weeks. Let your body heal at its own pace.

Best wishes for an uneventful recovery.

Congratulations! You did it!

Now, please be very gentle on yourself over the next couple of weeks...it's very early days so don't feel tempted to do anything other than Ross' prescribed regime...sleep, eat, walk.

Wonderful news- take care of yourself and have an uneventful and quick recovery.

Fantastic news! Wishing you all the best!

Be patient. Listen to your body. Check in with a doctor or nurse if you think anything is amiss.

Take care. Come back when you can and give us a full report!
