Just had diabetes check and came out great. A1C is 5.0, the lowest since it started 2 years ago. Feel great and hope everyone else is also. Just had to share this. Thanks.

Way to go!!!!!! I'm assuming you have Type 2 diabetes and that means that 5.0 was a HUGE amount of effort! I've had Type 1 for 43 years, so I really do stand in admiration of what you have done. Congrats!

I've been diagnosed as Type II within past few years, and now carefully monitor blood sugar, so I know that 5.0 A1C is a tremendous accomplishment. Bravo! I just had my latest lab work yesterday and will consider it progress if I get below 7.0.... Appreciate you posting this. Provides good motivation.

Wow, that is great! Are you on medications for diabetes? Your BS must be normal with that number. Congratulations. From what my doctor tells me, the closer the hemoglobin A1c is to 6 , the less complications you will have. I am happy being 6.3, I take Metformin and do my exercise at least 6 days a week.

Wow, what a great A1c!!!! I usually run around 6 + or - a little. Never had a 5. That is awesome. And better than that, it is really normal!

Congratulations. You are doing everything right!
