I'm curious to know if there are any dedicated Coumadin Clinics in the United Kingdom.
If so, I would be very interested in their guidelines for managing Coumadin Dosing,
especially how long they recommend waiting to re-test after changing a patient's dosing schedule.
Secondarily, I would be interested in knowing their Dosing recommendations for an INR between 4.0 and 5.0 and above 5.0
