My INR has been steady at 2.9 for months..Same..I took it Thursday and it was 3.4....I have been at pool for 2 weeks with Grandson. 7 hours a day...Lots of sun. ...I think the sun raised it. 
So, those who ask about sun..maybe the sun raises your INR.. Clinical nurse called back. Same doseage. Will not be in sun for 2 weeks. Grandson gone for 2 weeks. Will be interesting to see if it falls back. Will test again in 2 weeks and post back. Bonnie
