I have insomnia. I think mostly from the drugs I need to take. i.e Amiodarone and Sotolol, among others. Right now I am using Zoplicone to sleep, but I am finding the side effects of that unpleasant. I was wondering if anyone here uses sleep aids, that don't cause problems with their Coumadin. Natural would be the best, even a relaxing tea, which I haven't been able to find. Thank you for your help.
