Coumadin and meds for sinus problem

I have a sinus problem, it has become chronic and want to take meds for it because it is becoming very annoying. Most of the over the counter stuff all says check with your doctor if you have heart disease. Doen anyone know what sinus meds are safe for Coumadin users?

I take Claritin tablets and Nasonex spray. Don't know of any problems with Coumadin. Get your sinuses taken care of and adjust the Coumadin dose if necessary.
