i take garlic,fish oil,saw palmetto & coq 10
my coumadin dose is 27.5 per week
i would like add horsechestnut
what does vr.com think

According to www.coumadin.com, horse chestnut has anti-coagulant properties.

Which means if you take it, you will probably have to decrease your warfarin/Coumadin dosage. Otherwise, your INR would be too high and you would be at risk of a bleed.

We removed a horse chestnut tree that was growing near our horse paddock because the leaves are toxic to horses.

Do you mean horsechestnut or sweet chestnut?
