This week's Time Magazine has a front cover..Low-Carb Nation...Great articles. I was interested in The Fat Flush Plan.. Fat-flushing, "Liver-Loving" low carb diet calling for drinking 8 glasses of cranberry water? Guess, you delute it.. a day..to deter water retention (Ross??) plus a glass of hot water with fresh lemon juice to aid fat metabolism and stall carbs.... Question..what would cranberries do to my INR..Should I be the guinny pig? Bonnie
